“Nothing Real Can Be Threatened.”

A Four-Day Retreat on A Course in Miracles
Stony Point, New York - October 9, 10, 11 & 12

“The Course does not aim at teaching the meaning of love, for that is beyond what can be taught. It does aim, however, at removing the blocks to the awareness of love’s presence, which is your natural inheritance. The opposite of love is fear, but what is all-encompassing can have no opposite. This course can therefore be summed up very simply in this way:

Nothing real can be threatened.
Nothing unreal exists.
Herein lies the peace of God.”
                                                                      – A Course In Miracles, Introduction

Dear Friends,

Please join with us this October for a joyous retreat to make or renew contact with the spirit of Tara Singh’s sharing on A Course in Miracles. With input from many of you, we have selected extraordinary videotaped sessions from past retreats to offer during this weekend. Together, the focus of the retreat will be on prayer and our approach as students to reading and applying the Course. In a world where numerous pressures seem to be increasing, the gathering will offer all of us a spacious atmosphere for renewal. In response to participant’s requests, we have added an additional day to this retreat so we will have from Thursday evening through Sunday morning to be together.

In recent events, many have been startled to discover that the same profound stillness and Presence of past encounters was alive - and accessible. Those of us representing the Foundation are inspired, too, to find Tara Singh’s recorded sharings invoke an atmosphere that has made such an impact on each one.

“Since retreats with Tara Singh himself ended, there’s been such a gap for me – I missed his work tremendously even though I could listen to past lectures. I initially resisted the idea of coming to a retreat, but in experiencing this last one in Santa Barbara, I discovered Taraji had never gone away and what I had missed was still accessible. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for giving the time and energy to host these events. ” – J.H., Oregon

“Thank you so much for all you and others put into making this weekend special beyond words. I am grateful to have participated in such a sacred sharing. I have never experienced such Presence.  Thank you, too, for sharing some of your personal experiences with Tara Singh. I regret that I did not have the chance to meet him, but I do feel I know something of his spirit after encountering the love you all have for him and for each other. Thank you again for such a beautiful gift.” - G.W., New York

“Joining with others who hold the same singleness of purpose is so powerful and inspiring. It is very easy for me, in such an atmosphere, to recognize or perhaps even face the persistent resistances I have held and also feel the progress I have been blessed with! ” – L.M., New York

‘We feel so blessed by meeting all of you and sharing in the retreat. Thank you, too, to all of you for your welcome, generosity and hospitality and the reverence you communicated to us. I am full with no words which is why I have not written before. Just deeply grateful for The Presence in which we have our being.” – B. T., England

The sessions in Stony Point will include:

Making Space For Quiet.
The Deception of Learning
                 Attention Silences Thought
                All Power is in Stillness

“A Course in Miracles is a scripture that teaches application. But we cannot apply the Course as long as we are content with mere words. Without knowing the reality behind the words, we will not know what the Course imparts, for it speaks from the Actuality of Truth Itself.” Tara Singh

“The action of the Course is the Action of Love. The Course awakens you and brings you to your own Identity. Something is happening in you. You begin to see, ‘My God, this is fantastic. The Course is not teaching me. It’s making me aware.’ It doesn’t influence because it is an action of the awakening of Love.” Tara Singh, from A Gift For All Mankind

We invite you to join with us, with others inspired in past retreats, and with those who are newly making contact with Tara Singh’s work for -
